There will be a 1-2 hour setup included in each package before the event. All packages include setting up, breakdown of bar, clean up, and all bar tools needed (shakers, spoons, strainers, etc.)

 

Staff will keep bar fully stocked with ice and serve drinks for the duration of the event.

 

Each event will be staffed with two bartenders for up to 100 guests. Each additional bartender is a $40/per hour. Bartenders may be added depending on service hours, certain requests, etc. in order to provide excellent service.

 

Bartenders will be SafeServe Certified.

 

Staff will properly check IDs to avoid serving to minors.

 

Travel included within 10 miles; each additional mile is $3.50/mile. Please note we cannot cater more than 100 miles from Missoula

 

There will be a $250 NON-REFUNDABLE FEE due at the time of reserving your date. The remainder is due at the scheduled time in the contract. Dates are considered booked if a deposit has been paid. No deposit, no booking.

 

RUSH FEES will be applied to orders booked within 72 hours. No Deposit, no booking.

 

Orders under $500 apply a $100 rush fee

• Orders over $500 add a fee of 25% of the balance

 

All events will include a 20% gratuity. 

 

$350.00 Minimum on all packages. Needs to be met before gratuity.

We include standard 9 OZ. & 12-14 OZ. disposable cups for all. We can add upgrade to martini, wine, margarita, etc. Cost may vary for each product. Please ask us for more options.
